Anand.S from Mysore clinched the Light Weight Title while Drashan.M.R and Kavyashree were
runners up in the Flyweight male and female divisions. The fighters are trained in MMA by Kru Vikram
at AMS.

3 MMA fighters of Academy of Martial Science representing Mysore Combat Sports Association
(MCSA) recently participated in MMA fight night organized by Mixed Martial Arts Association of
Kerala under sanction from AIMMAA in Calicut on 12 th Aug. The event was held in 123 Mall, Vatakara
which was witnessed by hundreds of MMA enthusiasts. 8 pair of talented fighters was selected from
various parts of India to participate in the fight night under the unified rules of Amateur and
professional Mixed Martial Arts. Cash prizes were awarded to winners and runners up akin to
professional fights.
